- 5 years at the Bronx County District Attorney's Office where she prosecuted serious felony offenses including homicides, robberies, burglaries, assaults and gun cases
Katie received her law and undergraduate degrees from Fordham University.

Nelson specializes in representing whistleblowers in False Claims Act cases. He also has extensive experience in conducting complex employment class action lawsuits, as well as representing employees in a variety of legal matters.
Nelson has secured over $200 million in settlements for his clients. He is also an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and a certified Federal Court mediator with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York.
He has multiple times been selected by his peers to the New York Super Lawyers list, and frequently serves as a featured national speaker and author.
Nelson received his undergraduate degree from Emory University, and his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
Alex began his legal career as a prosecutor at the Bronx County District Attorney's Office where he handled a variety of criminal matters from arraignment through trial, including as a member of the Narcotics Bureau.

Alex's previous legal roles have included serving as an in-house attorney at a large multi-national corporation, and as General Counsel to a mid-sized technology company.
As an attorney, Alex has handled a wide array of matters, including those dealing with contracts, licenses, corporate governance and employment.
He has also spent 15 years working in the health and medical industries, largely as an executive and entrepreneur.
Alex received an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a Master's from the University of Cambridge. He received his law degree from American University, and a Master's in International Human Rights Law from the University of Oxford.
